FREE CONSULTATION

At Peace of Fitness we offer a variety of affordable and flexible package options that will keep you motivated and accountable for your training sessions. 

Private Sessions (one on one training):
Please contact for rates, packages can range from $45-$65/hr

Semi - Private Sessions ( 2-4 people):
Please contact for rates, packages can range from $55-$75/hr

Need Flexibility? Don't have a gym membership or any equipment at home?

We can design a workout for you to do at home with minimal or NO equipment, a workout for the gym you belong to and even simple and effective exercises you can do at work when you get a few minutes - there's NO room for excuses! You tell us your schedule and we'll do all that we can do work exercising into your day and make it a part of your lifestyle. 

Sport Specific Training

If your training is sport specific touch base with us at least a couple months before an event you wish to participate in. For example if you are looking to better your time at the next 5K? Want to feel strong and look great on the slopes? We'll get you in the shape you need to be in with sport specific training  - just don't wait until 2 weeks before the event - there are NO quick fixes! It's a lifestyle change that will better your health and increase your longevity.

Personal Training isn't just to 'get into shape and better health', if you feel you're happy with your fitness lifestyle and are in great shape then take our challenge! The only way to keep your physical results is to change up your workouts and routines. We'll give you some fresh challenging workouts to keep you in the best shape of your life.

What you can expect on your first few sessions:

After having gone through your initial Free consultation in person or over the phone, your very first session will consist of a Fitness Assessment and body fat analysis.

Your third session we we'll go through key stretches and an abdominal routine.

All sessions there after we will go through a customized workout and also address your workout schedule, nutrition, how to prevent injury, breathing techniques, and anything and everything  that is detrimental to helping you achieve your goals.
 
We're available via email and phone when not in our sessions so we can be there for you every step of the way and do this together
.


What you can do leading up to our first session:

If you have really given your health some thought, want to make a lifestyle change and want to be in the best shape and health of your life then you've already made a commitment to yourself - good for you!  Get in the mind set. Think about and set your realistic goals - we will discuss them together. Start to think about your schedule and how you will fit - in your workout routine. Account for transportation to and from gym or where you plan to exercise, think about a baby sitter if needed, time of day you will workout etc..Also remember those around you family and friends tell them about what you're going to be starting and ask for their support.

Invest in a good pair of sneakers for your workouts - we're here to help you with this and all other 'buying' decisions if they are needed. While we're on it, you'll need stretchable breathable workout clothing as well so open that dresser drawer with your old workout clothes and if there are leg warmers in there you might need to update your wardrobe!



What NOT to do leading up to a session!

Sign up at a gym if you're not sure it's what you need - let us help you with that decision no need to spend  money if you don't need to.

Please don't go eat your last pint of ice cream or go binge on sweets - it all starts when you make the decision to work toward a better fitness lifestyle - NOT when you walk through our doors.







Other Requests

First session please arrive 10 minutes prior to training to allow time for initial paperwork.

We recommend that you leave jewelry at home and wear comfortable stretchable clothing.

Only 'no tread' or 'worn in door only' sneakers are allowed on mats, please bring socks if you do no have appropriate footwear. We provide a sanitary and cushioned environment in the studio, workouts can be done in socks or bare feet with a yoga mat which we can provide.

Appointments begin and end promptly to respect other clients time.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is GREATLY appreciated - cost of session shall be forfeit if proper notice for cancellation of session is NOT given. Thank you for your understanding.
